A few things to know.
How late can we visit?
Branches are open 24 hours. Massage services are generally available until around 4:00am; our team will confirm your requested time.
Which branch and service area will we use?
We will select a suitable branch around your plans. The Executive area (行政区) generally has shorter waits, subject to availability. Room layouts and facilities differ between branches.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes. Tell us your preference when booking so we can request it; availability is confirmed with the branch.
Is English spoken?
There is currently no English menu. Staff use translation devices to help communicate, and our team will coordinate your booking details.
Can you arrange a larger group?
Groups of 30–50 guests can be accommodated with advance coordination. We will confirm the branch, timing and arrangements before your visit.
Can children come along?
Children may join for dining. Dining charges depend on height, with children under 1.2m dining free; we will confirm any applicable charges when arranging your visit. There are no children’s massage treatments, and massage is not recommended for children under 14.
Can I pay by international credit card?
International credit cards are currently not supported at the branches. Confirm your payment arrangements with our team before arrival.
How do I arrange the partner experience?
