Your booking-specific terms
Because private journeys can include different guides, vehicles, tickets and third-party reservations, the exact cancellation and refund terms will be stated in your written booking confirmation before payment.
If you need to cancel
Tell us as soon as possible using the same contact method used for the booking. Any refund will follow the written terms agreed for that booking. Already purchased tickets, reserved transport, accommodation or other non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted where those suppliers do not provide a refund.
Changes instead of cancellation
Where practical, we will try to help with a date, guest-name or itinerary change. Availability and additional supplier costs may apply.
If we must cancel
If Chongqing Journey cannot provide the confirmed core service and no acceptable alternative is agreed, we will explain the available remedy, including any applicable refund, subject to amounts already irrecoverably paid to third parties and the written booking terms.
Exceptional events
Weather, transport disruption, venue closure, public-health measures or other events outside reasonable control may require postponement or itinerary changes. We will work with you in good faith on the safest practical option.
