Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after Chongqing Journey has confirmed availability, scope, price and payment arrangements with you in writing.
Prices and changes
Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change if dates, group size, itinerary, transport, tickets or other requirements change. Any material change will be explained before you agree to it.
Guest responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving at agreed times, following reasonable safety instructions, meeting passport, visa and health requirements, and treating guides, drivers, venues and other guests respectfully.
Third-party services
Some transport, attractions, restaurants, hotels and other services are supplied by independent providers. Their availability and rules may apply in addition to these terms.
Safety and itinerary changes
Weather, traffic, closures, crowd conditions, government requirements or other events may require a reasonable itinerary or timing change. We will prioritise guest safety and communicate significant changes as soon as practical.
